By creating an account or using ForumCraft AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers, forum moderators, forum officers, and chapter administrators.
ForumCraft AI is a software platform that helps peer forum facilitators prepare for and run peer forum meetings. Features include AI-assisted agenda generation, icebreaker suggestions, accountability tracking, forum norms management, and chapter administration tools. Features vary by subscription tier.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all content you create in ForumCraft AI — forum agendas, journal entries, accountability commitments, norms, and other data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for purposes beyond operating the platform.
AI-generated content (agendas, icebreakers, facilitation notes) is provided as a starting point for your preparation. It is not a substitute for your professional judgment as a facilitator. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific forum or situation. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting AI output before use.
Forum meetings are confidential by nature. ForumCraft AI is designed to support that confidentiality — we do not share your forum content with other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any confidentiality obligations you have to your forum members or organization.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForumCraft AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
